WHO WE ARE.
Léa Daaboul, the Founder of Léa the Label discovered her yoga practice in 2013. While traveling frequently to Bali to create her clothing Label, she was inspired by the serene island, a place where the yoga, beach culture and sustainable visions are widely common. The island became one of her preferred destinations to unwind, recharge and ultimately influencing her to pursue her RYT 200 Hour certified training in 2016 focusing on Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Meditation and traditional Pranayama breathing techniques.
Léa’s Vinyasa FLOW is a playful combination of flexibility and strength. Her practice offers alignment, breath work, functional and fluid movements linking asana to asana. In the effort of broadening students’ sense of embodiment, her classes focus on refining postures and developing techniques for day-to-day integration.
Léa has attended workshops and classes in cities around the globe, some of which include NEW YORK, PARIS, IBIZA, INDIA, BALI, SRI LANKA and DUBAI, adding a diverse range of western and eastern practices to her FLOW and building an international network.

FLOW pays homage to the traditional yoga practice by valuing mindfulness and incorporating Pranayama breath work to naturally increase the strength of the body and mind.

Léa’s fitness routine mainly involves a combination of yoga and Pilates, exercises that target specific muscle groups to help create long lean lines.
Following the creation of FLOW, Léa partnered with Miriam FM Titmus, a certified and well-rounded Pilate’s instructor who has over 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry with a background of Psychology and Neuroscience.
This foundation allowed Miriam to excel in her career as one of the leading international pilates and yoga instructors, working with clients and VIP’s globally — including LONDON, LOS ANGELES, IBIZA, CANNES, DUBAI and ABU DHABI. Miriam’s core mission is to focus not only on physical transformation but bringing awareness to how we move, eat, think and feel—all of which translates into who we are.
Miriam offers an innovative full body toning experience, which consists of a series of exercises designed to create those strong lean lines and emphasizes on breathing techniques to help center the body and mind. The Pilates instructor also spent time in RISHIKESH, INDIA where she completed 200 hours of Hatha & Asthanga, Vinyasa yoga and meditation training.

The benefits achieved from the combination of Yoga and Pilates are what define our FLOW movement.
